About Joe
Born and raised in Whitman, Massachusetts, comedian Joe List (easily
confused with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship fighter Joe Lister) is a master of
observational storytelling, and the undisputed King of Content. You ok
babe?
Currently based out of NYC, Joe co-hosts two comedy podcasts: Tuesdays with Stories! alongside long-time friend and collaborator Mark Normand, and The Regz with comedians Dan Soder, Luis J. Gomez, and Robert Kelly.
Joe began his comedy career in Boston at the age of 18 and has since evolved into one of the
most respected stand-ups in the industry, with hit specials such as I Hate Myself and Small Ball.
Beyond headlining
stages nationwide, Joe wrote and starred in the feature film Fourth of July (A Louis C.K. Picture) and has performed multiple sets on The Late Show with David Letterman and was a finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing. Joe was recently starred in the
feature documentary Anxiety Club.
Joe is also widely known for his appearances on comedy podcasts, which includes 4 appearances
on The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) with Joe Rogan, 10 appearances on Are You Garbage (AYG) with H. Foley and Kevin Ryan, 8 appearances on Stavvy's World with Stavros Halkias,
and 5 appearances on We Might Be Drunk (WMBD) with Sam Morril and Mark Normand, and

Joe is married to comedian Sarah Tollemache, and they have one son. Joe and Sarah have featured together on podcasts, television,
and film.
In his free time, Joe enjoys photography (check out @joelistphotography on Instagram), New England Sports, and romanticizing moving away from New York City. Joe has
been sober for over 13 years.
