About Mindful Metal Jacket (2020-2024)

Mindful Metal Jacket was a mental health podcast created by host comedian Joe List, where he would sit down with fellow comedians and anxiety sufferers to discuss their personal dealings with mental health.

The Mindful Metal Jacket Podcast was launched in January of 2020, featuring comedian Raanan Hershberg as the first guest. MMJ ran for exactly 100 episodes, with the final episode featuring comedian and Are You Garbage (AYG) host H. Foley.

Mindful Mental Jacket featured many popular comedians speaking candidly about their experiences with mental health and anxiety. Popular episodes include comedian Sam Harris in episdoe #99, Ari Shaffir (shirtless) in episode #79, Colin Quinn in episode #85, and Kerryn Feehan in episode #76.

MMJ also featured Joe List's wife, comedian Sarah Tollemache, on multiple episodes, such as #94, where Sarah shares insights on motherhood and her relationship with her loving husband, and #98 which feature Sarah and close friend Kerryn Feehan.

Though the podcast is no longer active, its calming and informative audio episodes are still fully available on Spotify, with the most popular video episodes available on YouTube.
